ADULT DRIVER EDUCATION
Pass Plus training provided by SK Driving School, Malvern, is given in a systematic way. Having passed your test with us we offer Pass Plus Courses to enhance your experience, and confidence, on the roads.
Many of our students have found this beneficial, and a Pass Plus Certificate can reduce your car insurance costs with some companies. What is Pass Plus? Pass Plus is an established training course aimed at new drivers. It was designed by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA) with the help of insurers and the driving instruction industry.
Statistics show that new drivers are more likely to have an accident in the first two years after passing their test. This is because of their lack of driving experience. Pass Plus builds on your skills and knowledge. It will teach you how to anticipate, plan for and deal with all kinds of hazards, to help you become a more confident driver.
When can I take my Pass Plus? You can take a Pass Plus course at any time. However, it is mainly aimed at new drivers in the first year after passing their test. Pass Plus modules Pass Plus consists of six modules about driving in different conditions: in town in all weathers on rural roads at night on dual carriageways on motorways.
Intensive driving courses in Malvern(a.k.a. "Crash Courses") are the quickest way to learn to drive, pass the official driving test, and get yourself a full UK driving licence. These courses reduce the time needed to pass your driving test and can benefit some students who prefer to learn in an intensive enviroment.
We usually focus on doing 6 hours of driving per week up to your test, instead of the usual 2 hour weekly lesson. What do I have to do in preparation. We recommend that first of all you should pass your Car Theory Test. After that we will assess your current driving ability, which will help us plan your lessons to suit you best.
After your driving assessment we book your Driving Test and work towards getting your driving up to test standard in time.
The biggest advantage of an intensive driving course is that you will learn to drive in a short period of time. This could take months if learnt otherwise. Though intensive driving courses only lasts for a short time, the quality of the lessons is not compromised. The course has all the ingredients of a normal driving course including mock tests, driving assessments and theory lessons in learning the Highway Code.
Mock tests help students to get used to the difficult aspects of a real driving test. After participating in the mock tests, students should be confident in facing their real driving test.
